The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center will host two training sessions Thursday, April 6, at JCC-Olean. “Leadership and Employee Engagement” will be held from 8-10 a.m. where participants will be introduced to 12 Ritz-Carlton leadership principles.
The afternoon sessions, from 1-3 p.m., is “Service Excellence Culture.” Participants will be guided through The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards — the foundation of an iconic, global brand. Those attending will also visit key processes such as onboarding and empowerment that lead to legendary service and sustainable success. The speaker will be Jennifer Blackmon.
Due to grant funding, the price is $99 per session. Employees from UPC, Olean Medical Group, Napoleon Engineering, Dresser-Rand, Cattaraugus County, Cutco, and Southern Tier Health Care System qualify for free registration through a SUNY grant.
