Ideal candidates should:

Live and/or work in Cattaraugus County.
Have the support from his or her sponsoring organization to attend programming.
Be willing to devote the necessary time to the program. An evening opening retreat will take place in January 2025 and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. the following day. Leadership Cattaraugus continues to meet for a full day on the third Tuesday of each subsequent month through October 2025. In October there will be a full day session followed by the graduation ceremony held at a local venue.

Tuition:
Tuition for the Leadership Cattaraugus program is $1,400. Tuition is accepted in the form of a check or money order made payable to Leadership Cattaraugus. The tuition balance is due before the start of the retreat. There are no refunds after the retreat.

Attendance/Participation:
Full attendance at all sessions is required. Attendance at the entire opening retreat is mandatory for participation in the Leadership Cattaraugus program. Class members are expected to collaborate on planning Program Days and provide regular feedback on the program by completing a short monthly survey.
