Leadership Cattaraugus COVID Protocol
Leadership Cattaraugus’ goal is to keep our community safe and healthy, not just our participants and volunteers, but the community organizations that we visit during our program days.
The Board of Directors of Leadership Cattaraugus has outlined the following for the 2024 program days pending any changes from the CDC and the Cattaraugus County Department of Health:
- Participants in the 2025 Leadership Cattaraugus Program will not be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or tested prior to program days.
- When planning program day activities, all participants will inquire about site AID (Airborne Infectious Disease) policies, will inform cohort members, and will abide by policies in place at that site.
All participants will adhere to Leadership Cattaraugus AID transmission guidelines as stated below:
- LC attendees, volunteers or program day external participants will notify the Leadership Cattaraugus Administrator, GOACC, if any of the following conditions apply prior to physically reporting to program days:
- You are experiencing airborne infectious disease (AID) related symptoms;
- you or anyone in your household has been exposed to COVID-19 or other AID;
- You or anyone in your household has been advised to quarantine by a medical provider or public health official.
If any of the above conditional apply, participants are asked to excuse themselves from the program day.
