The Leadership Cattaraugus Curriculum Committee is recruiting mentors to help the Class of 2018 develop the program days. The role of the mentor is to facilitate discussion and guide the development of the day. Additionally, the mentor provides a followup meeting to the team to discuss the strengths of the team and areas to improve upon.
The Curriculum Committee will hold an orientation and training program in mid-March to go over the role of the mentor and to discuss the post-program evaluation process.
