Leadership Cattaraugus is not a traditional classroom-based learning program. Participants build leadership skills such as planning, cooperation, and teamwork as they develop their own program days. This hands-on approach ensures that class participants practice skills needed for success and professionalism, rather than merely learning theory in a classroom.
