Keynote Address by Jessica J. Schimert
“The Art and Practice of Servant Leadership”
Servant leadership is a philosophy that places leadership focus on the growth and success of others (i.e. your employees), rather than on personal ego. A servant leadership style builds strong, trusting professional relationships; cohesive, productive teams; and a supportive, collaborative culture where people flourish and grow. Learn how to practice servant leadership while achieving your organization’s mission and strategic goals.
