
Leadership Cattaraugus is proud to announce the participants of its 2025 cohort. This joint initiative of the Cattaraugus County Campus of Jamestown Community College, Intandem, St. Bonaventure University, and the Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce continues its mission of “growing leaders for a better community.”
This year’s cohort represents a diverse group of individuals selected by their demonstrated leadership potential, commitment to voluntary and civic service, and a clear desire to contribute to the region’s well-being.

The program equips participants with the tools and knowledge to become effective leaders who will positively impact Cattaraugus County and beyond.
The 2025 program calendar includes monthly program days on key topics designed to foster professional growth and community engagement.
These sessions, held on the third Tuesday of each month from January through October, explorethe following themes through a local lens:
- Leadership Day
- Government Services
- Health and Medical Services
- Land and Natural Resources/Land Usage
- Economic Development, Tourism, Arts, and Culture
- Manufacturing
- The Justice System
- Human Services and Education
The program will conclude with a graduation ceremony in October, celebrating the achievements of the participants and their contributions to the community.
