Applications are now being accepted for the 2024 Leadership Cattaraugus program, which begins in January. Seats are limited.
“We know a lot of organizations had to put employee development on hold due to the pandemic, so we are happy to be moving forward with plans to hold our traditional in-person program again this year,” said Meme Yanetsko, LC administrator.
The Leadership Cattaraugus is open to anyone who lives or works in Cattaraugus County. Applications are being accepted at www.leadershipcattaraugus.org.
Leadership Cattaraugus is an active, immersive learning experience that welcomes professionals across all business sectors and in all stages of their careers. The 10-month program, which annually welcomes a cohort of 20 to 25 people, is designed to identify future leaders of the area and help them develop the skills they will need to work more effectively for the betterment of all people in Cattaraugus County.
Applications will be screened by a selection committee and those selected will be notified in December. The selection criteria include leadership potential, commitment to service, and a clear desire to contribute to the county’s well-being. Tuition for the 10-month program is $1,300; some tuition assistance is available to qualified participants.
