Hello Leadership Cattaraugus Alumni –
For those of you who have not heard the news, Jesse Gugino retired from the Director position as of December 31. However, he has graciously agreed to continue on as a mentor this year as I learn the ropes. For those of you who know Jesse, you understand how much he has done for this organization so I have big shoes to fill.
Currently, we are actively seeking candidates for the class of 2019. With a new class comes a need for mentors to guide them through the planning of the program days. As a mentor you are expected to meet with the program team to help organize the day, and then meet afterwards to discuss the dynamics of working with the team. It is not a huge time commitment, but mentors play a vital role in guiding these future leaders as they plan the most meaningful program day possible. We need your help to make this a successful experience for the 2019 class.
Please let us know if you are interested in serving as a mentor to the Class of 2019. You are required to attend a mandatory meeting on February 21, 2019, at 5 p.m. at Bartlett Country Club. At this meeting, we will give you handouts and materials to help you plan the work routine.
If you are interested in helping this year, please contact me at contact@leadershipcattaraugus.org by February 15. If you would like to request a specific program day, please include that in your response.
Thank you for your support of Leadership Cattaraugus.
